Today gta v update with winter dlc and mods not working
Stream to earn not develop Scripthook it created By Alexander Blade and we don`t know when he release new version.(2-6 days Approximately ) Scripthook is modloader like minecraft Forge or Fabric so without it mods not working.

You can try use "Free" gta v version.
