To purchase a PRO subscription for Stream to earn, go to the PRO section and click Subscribe. After that, a menu will open where you can choose a subscription method: Patreon or Buy me a coffee.
Please make sure that you are using the same StreamToEarn email account with which you are going to subscribe.
After subscribing, restart the Stream to earn program and you will automatically receive PRO
If you have signed up and restarted the program, but the PRO status has not been granted, there are most likely the following reasons for this:
You signed up with a different email address than the one used to log in to Stream to Earn (to check this, check your inbox and find messages from Patreon or Buy me a coffee).
Another frequent problem is when people enter their email address incorrectly, for example, forgetting to enter a letter or number (subscription is completed, but nothing has come to the mail because it is incorrect). In this case create ticket in app.
If you use Patreon subscription, you can write a private message stating that your email from which you subscribed is not the same as in the program and indicate the correct one for which the PRO version should be issued
You can subscribe to "Pro" (2) or "Expert" (3) on the subscriptions tab in the Stream to Earn app.
Clicking the button generates a unique link for the account (1) that is logged into the profile.
On the payment page, you enter your email address – this is the email where all receipts will be sent. After subscribing, the Pro and Expert versions are automatically activated, though there may be a delay of a few minutes.
Close and reopen the app to apply the subscription to your account.
How to cancel a Stream to Earn subscription?
Go to the subscriptions tab, open the subscription manager, and navigate to your personal account to cancel the subscription. It must looks like this

The subscription status changes to "past due".
The customer is notified by email and asked to update their billing information.
The subscription remains active, and the customer maintains access during this period.
If all payment retries fail:
The subscription status changes to "unpaid".
Dunning emails will be sent to the customer over a configured period.
The customer can reactivate their subscription by updating their billing information through a payment page link included in the dunning emails.
You can configure whether to:
Automatically cancel the subscription after a certain period.
Leave it as "unpaid", allowing the customer to reactivate at any time.
